Emergency Response Technology

Emergency Response Technology challenges students with exciting hands-on training in a fully equipped on-site lab, as well as field trips to local Police and Fire Academies throughout the school year.

Students study several technical fields including police science, fire science, rescue operations, hazardous materials, and emergency medical services.

Training for the Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician Certifications at A.W. Beattie Career Center will prepare students for immediate employment in the growing Emergency Response industry.
