SPRING FLING DANCE AND CLASS OF 2011 DINNER!

SPRING FLING DANCE: A.W. Beattie Career Center and the Beattie Ambassadors will be sponsoring a student "Spring Fling" Dance on Friday, April 15, 2011. Tickets are on sale now through Monday, April 11th in the School Office. Tickets are $5.00 each, and cannot be purchased at the door.

Current A.W. Beattie Career Center students in grades 10 - 12 are elligible to attend the dance. Guests must be current high school students in grades 9 - 12 or graduates of A.W. Beattie Career Center's Class of 2010 who are under the age of 20. A Guest Application must be completed and returned at the time of ticket purchase. Guest Applications are available in the School Office and Photo ID is required. There is a limit of one guest per Beattie student.

Any students or guests attending the dance MUST arrive by 7:30pm. Students and guests will not be released until the completion of the dance at 10:00pm.

 

SPRING FLING RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Any guest MUST complete the "Guest Application for Dances" form and return it to A.W. Beattie Career Center by April 11, 2011.
  • There will be no loitering in the parking lot prior to or after the dance.
  • No one will be permitted to enter the dance after 7:30pm.
  • Once you enter the building, you will not be permitted to leave until 10:00pm.
  • You must present a Photo ID to enter the dance.
  • The school reserves the right to refuse admittance and discipline students for innappropriate actions and behaviors.
  • For the safety of our students and guests, there will be security present on the school campus.
  • All regular school rules and regulations will apply during all school functions and apply to all dance participants.

    CLASS OF 2011 DINNER: Graduating Seniors of A.W. Beattie Career Center are invited to participate in the Class of 2011 Dinner on Friday, April 15th. There is no charge for the dinner, but students must register in the School Office by April 5, 2011 if they plan to attend. Dinner will start at 6:00pm and is for the Class of 2011 only. No guests are permitted.
