A.W. BEATTIE CAREER CENTER MODULAR HOME

GENERAL INFORMATION: As part of our on-going commitment to hands-on experience in Career and Technical Education, students enrolled in the Carpentry/Building Construction and Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning programs have the opportunity to experience live work on the Beattie Modular Home. The house itself is a three bedroom, two bath ranch and measures 25' x 52'. After completion, the house is professionally inspected and offered for sale to the community.

The estimated completion date for our current modular home is June of 2012. The selling price of the home will cover only the cost of materials plus an additional 10%. The buyer is responsible for all moving fees, utility connections, flooring materials and setting the finished home on its foundation or slab. Interested parties should contact Scott Bossung, Director of Finance & Facilities at 412-847-1904 or via e-mail at scott.bossung@beattietech.com for additional information or to purchase the home.
