EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

PROGRAM INFORMATION: Interested in becoming a preschool or elementary teacher? Students enrolled in the Early Childhood Education experience the opportunity to apply their child development and teaching skills daily, working with children in the on-site Kiddie Tech Child Care Center. In addition to a variety of classroom activities, students learn hands-on with infants, toddlers, and preschool age children. Students present a series of learning and developmental activities in the child care facility, practicing and refining their creative teaching skills, as well as learning the basics in caring for and managing children.
